Thick, Milky, Smooth

Hong Kong iBean
Maxwell Market
Tanjong Pagar / Chinatown, Singapore
September 2012

This $1.20 cup of soya milk was a tad more expensive than neighbouring stalls which were selling theirs at either 80 cents or $1.

Merlion Wayfarer wondered why the "HK Beancurd" were more special. After a sip, she realized why.

This soya milk was not powdery like some of the real thick brands. In fact there was no trace of the type of powdery aftertaste that will irritate your throat.

Instead, it was thick, milky and smooth. Definitely worth its $1.20 price!
