While looking at the display window, Merlion Wayfarer was enticed by the name - "Clam Chowder Spaghetti". She had tasted "clam chowder" before. She had also eaten "spaghetti" before. But two together? Hmmm...

The black pot seems familiar. It reminded her of the pot of mussels served with white wine in Brittany. Is it the same? Well, let's see...

First she started with the simple salad bar. She piled the small bowl given with all her favourite salad ingredients - edamame (unripened soya beans), alfafa sprouts, and crunchy butterhead lettuce, and topped with bacon bits and sesame-based wafu dressing...

The spaghetti was served with a smattering of broccoli and striped corn, and a dozen clams swam in the rich cream sauce. One slurp was all it takes to stop talking and concentrate 100% on finishing the whole dish without a pause...

The set meal came with a dessert - chocolate ice cream atop a luxuriant chocolate brownie.
Sweet decadence...
