Singapore’s longest brunch will be hosted every Sunday with a superb Italian-style buffet, and featuring the first ever Amp Your Mojito and MYO (make your own) Bloody Mary drinks booth.

Commencing from noon, Monti's culinary experts are presenting an extensive spread of the freshest seafood, including oysters and tuna tataki; a carving live station featuring a roast leg of lamb, roast rib eye, and baked salmon fillet; all complemented by a choice of homemade pastas straight from the kitchen.
