During the session, May Schooling shared about her methods to prepare a healthy yet customized breakfast before his training every morning. She will customize the usual banana smoothie with his favourite fruits, e.g. blueberries.
This was followed by a Mahota Chef Demo on superfoods for athletes. He made a healthier Nasi Lemak by substituiting various ingredients.
