IZA is the newest Japanese-styled izakaya bar to open in the hip, trendy Siglap area serving affordable kushiyaki fare and drinks, set in an unpretentious yet edgy shophouse. In collaboration with the popular The Skewer Bar of Geylang fame, IZA serves up a good mix of traditional kushiyaki skewers grilled to perfection, alongside new additions to the menu that promises to satisfy the local Singapore palette.
