New Signboard recently launched a revamped menu at its newly-renovated outlet at Esplanade. The new revamped menu heavily inspired by mixing Chinese with Western and Japanese culinary dishes will feature dishes like Wagyu Beef Cube in Sichuan Style, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Cherries, Japanese Uni with Oba Leaf Tempura. In addition to its new dishes on offer, the Group also seeks to improve the presentation of its signature dishes and existing menu via stylish plating upon serving.
