Meal Ngoh Hiang
Maxwell Market
Tanjong Pagar / Chinatown, Singapore
September 2012
The typical Ngoh Hiang stall, this stall sells mainly fried stuff. Merlion Wayfarer ordered several varieties of minced pork rolls and pork sausages with a century egg. The dip was quite ordinary, the items were quite ordinary, all were typically oily. Nothing spectacular about this stall. Just a place to satisfy a Ngoh Hiang craving if you have one.
