Merlion Wayfarer had a girls' night out tonight. What better to accompany catch-up news than hot chocolate?
The "Italian Thick Hot Chocolate" (S$6.90), a thick hot chocolate with vanilla cream and milk chocolate, and "Swiss Whipped Cream Chocolat" ($7.50), a dark hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream on top", were ordered.
The cups came in cute "Hug Mugs" with different parts of a single cartoon character with each turn of the mug.

Actually Merlion Wayfarer ain't no chocolate connoiseur. She just likes chocolate. Being that, she was not able to describe wonders about the two drinks, except that both were deliciously decadent, with the Italian sweeter than the Swiss. A warning though, both are extremely rich and are best drunk over a looong conversation, shared with a buddy, or supplemented with lots of water. Jelak to the ultimate!
