In the morning peak hours, all the seats were full. As the bus was filling up, this lady (in black) stood at the raised platform near the door and refused to move in even when the bus driver requested for everyone to move in.
As a result, people were not able to get on the bus and were left stranded at the bus stop.
There was still a lot of standing room left.
